Yoga Sculpt

Revitalize your yoga practice with our Yoga Sculpt class! Elevate your workout by incorporating hand weights into traditional yoga poses to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for all levels.

Candlelight Vinyasa

A vinyasa practice to candlelight is a moving meditation/flow of poses that links breath to movement through dynamic and thoughtful sequences designed to build strength, increase stamina, and lengthen and tone the body. You will be guided through each flow.

Slow Flow

A fully guided flow that is paced explicitly for the purpose of creating a meditative space, emphasizing peace and calm in the body. Poses are held slightly longer and gradually progress from grounded to standing and balancing, set to uplifting music.

Holy Yoga

A fully guided flow that is paced explicitly for the purpose of creating a meditative space, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind to connect with God. Poses are held slightly longer and gradually progress from grounded to standing and balancing, all to uplifting worship music. Holy Yoga© with live worship.

Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow is an introspective, slow vinyasa practice linking breath with motion. Deep breathing prepares the body and mind for more prolonged, whole-body holding postures. This class focuses on breathwork, gentle movement, greater awareness of postural fundamentals, and mind-body-spirit integration.

Body Language

This somatic movement practice is all about CONNECTION- Mind, body, heart, and spirit. This intuitively guided movement is uniquely tailored from session to session based on the needs of the collective body. It is designed to help the students begin to hear their own unique body language.

Body Language integrates yogic movement with awareness, guiding us into connection with the body in a gradual, safe, and sacred space.
Set to music, it is a blend of Asana, flow, frequency, intention, and pace designed to support expansive energy, leading students to a deeper understanding of Self.

Movement unlocks the muscles and the joints. Mindfulness connects us back to the fascia. Frequency shifts the energy. Awareness cultivates space for navigation.  Paces make release and rewiring possible.

26 & 2 Level One

90-minute heated class with core-strength breathwork and 26 series of postures, repeated 2 times. This class is for all levels. First-time attendees are strongly encouraged to attend the 30-minute Intro to 26 & 2 class.
